Cancellation Policy

You can choose to cancel your trip until 10 days before your trip without justification.

4% will be kept to cover the transaction fees except if the deposit was made by cash.

10 days before the charter

20% of the full amount refund.

72 hours before the charter
50% of the full amount refund.

48 hours before the charter
No refund.

In case of bad weather

Only the captain can cancel a trip for weather reason, and the trip can be rescheduled.
